Sheldon Creed Wins at Kentucky


Brett Moffitt leads and Sheldon Creed follows in 2nd.

Caution is out on lap one! The no. 20 of Spencer Boyd is smoking.

Moffitt continues to lead at the green flag.

Codie Rohrbaugh loses control of the wheel, gets into the outside wall, and the caution is out again.

At the restart, Sheldon Creed is attempting to work his way back to the front, but the yellow flag is back out for the third time. It’s only lap 22.

Moffitt and Smith are side by side! Zane Smith takes over the lead!

Smith holds off Moffitt to win stage one!

Stage Two – Trucks at Kentucky

Parker Kligerman and Matt Crafton pitted early in stage one so they stayed out this time.

Crafton leads and Kligerman peeks to the outside and makes a pass. Ben Rhodes is now P2.

Caution! Bryant Barnhill has spun around caused by a flat tire.

Rhodes takes the lead…but before too long there’s another caution.

Jennifer Jo Cobb and Korbin Forrister made contact.

Rhodes and Creed are even at the green flag and remain that way for the first lap. Creed has better tires giving him a slight advantage and he drives away.

Bad weather is moving in so the last five laps of this stage could be the finish.

Sheldon Creed barely leads in front of Rhodes.

Creed wins stage two!

Rain arrives at Kentucky Speedway and Creed takes the win.


That water that falls from the sky at some of the worst times…rain. It has arrived to Kentucky Speedway. The red flag is out.
